These jumpsuits, coveralls, whatever you want to call them are the genuine artical from the main supplier to US correctional institutions.  2X waist size ranges from 37 to 47 inches (94 to 119 cms) and chest size is 56 inches (142 cms).  The inside leg measurement is 30 1/2 inches (77.5 cms) and the shoulder to waist dimension is 24 inches or 61 cms.
