These, by popular demand, are now in stock.  The 'high security' description refers to the complete lack of metal in these coveralls, making it far easier to detect any metal the inmate might be carrying.  They tend to be issued to prisoners who have a record of carrying weapons and do not have pockets.

XL waist size ranges from 38 to 42 inches (96.5 to 107 cms) and chest size is 52 inches (132 cms).  The inside leg measurement is 30 inches (76 cms) and the shoulder to waist dimension is 22 inches or 56 cms.
