4X waist size ranges from 40 to 54 inches (102 to 137 cms) and chest size is 61 inches (155 cms).  The inside leg measurement is 31 inches (79 cms) and the shoulder to waist dimension is 25 inches or 64 cms. You are just buying the suit, not the additional equipment.
